Through its affiliation with Colorado Soccer Association, United States Adult Soccer Association, and U.S. Soccer (see the About Us page), MDWSC requires all players participating on one of our teams to register annually with CSA through their player registration system.

To register with the Colorado Soccer Association:

• Use this link to connect to Playmetrics.
• Make sure you are on the "Member" page and not the "Player Contact" (the upper left hand corner of the screen). ​
• You will know you have done registration correctly if/when you pay $30 (+ CC fee).
• Have a photo ready to upload.
• Contact your team manger once you've completed registration and provide them with the first and last name you used to complete registration.
• Your team manager will add you to the team roster.
