We play outdoor Spring, Summer and Fall. We always play on Sunday mornings. We play at 9 and 11 in the fall and spring, with full fields and 45 minute halves. Summer is a bit different - informal pickup games, 8-9:30 am on the weekends. Seasons last about 10 weeks (8 games, with off weeks for holidays, weather cancellations, and byes).
Cost: $30 + processing fees for a player card with Colorado Soccer Association (CSA) (good January - December)
$55-60 for player fees which covers referees, fields, etc. per season. Exact cost depends on the number of players on your team.
Level of Play: We are a recreational league for women 25 and over (but allow 2 under 25 to play in our upper division). We are split into 4 divisions, 25 teams, and about 600 players. Individuals play with a team, but none of the teams really "practice."
Divisions:
A Division is recreational but pretty intense and competitive, primarily those who played high school, club soccer or in college (but of all ages).
B & C are more casual and with a wider range of skill.
D division is primarily older (like 45+) women with a few younger beginners and some really good players who just want to have fun and help others learn how to play.
Fields: In fall and spring, we play at fields in Northglenn, Lakewood, Centennial, and Arvada. We try to give teams a "home field" of their choice for 4 games.
